The material is 925 silver, and since it is not plated, there are no issues with peeling. However, silver products will inevitably tarnish when exposed to air. To minimize tarnishing, we recommend storing it in a zip-lock bag when not in use. Even if tarnishing occurs, please note that it can easily be restored to its original bright 925 silver color by cleaning with silver polish (available in the market for around 0,000 KRW).
Engraving is available (up to 6 characters, Korean is not allowed, but English, numbers, etc. are possible; see the image below).

Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed immediately, and cancellations or refunds are not possible.
Depending on the product type, production and shipping may take up to 21 days:
Necklaces / Bracelets / Earrings: usually within 14 days
Rings: within 14-21 days
Return & Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery via our website or Instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/oic_officiel). We kindly ask that you include clear photos and a description of the issue.
Please note that requests made after 7 days from receipt of the product cannot be accepted.
Once the item is returned, OIC will carefully inspect the product to determine the cause of the defect, and proceed with either an exchange or repair service (A/S) accordingly.
