This is the deposit (project start fee) for custom-made wedding rings. After the deposit is paid, we begin the consultation and design process.

1) Custom Wedding Ring Bespoke Service
• We translate your couple’s story into the ring concept
• Full 1:1 process from design to production
2) Prototype (Sterling Silver) Service
• After the final design is confirmed, we create a 925 sterling silver prototype
• You wear-test it for a set period
• You send feedback by the agreed deadline
• We finalize the design and produce the rings in your chosen metal

Consultation Options
In-Showroom Consultation (Seoul)
We recommend an in-person consultation at our Seoul showroom, where couples can discuss their story, preferences, and design ideas directly with the designer.
Online Consultation (Google Meet)
If visiting the Seoul showroom is difficult, online consultations via Google Meet are available.
The full design discussion and custom process can be conducted remotely with the same level of care and detail.

Shipping & Pickup Policy
Finished pieces are shipped via FedEx.
Please note that we are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping once the item has been dispatched.
For this reason, in-person pickup at our Seoul showroom is strongly recommended.
Order & Delivery Information
All OIC products are made-to-order and handcrafted by experienced artisans.
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed immediately, and cancellations or refunds are not possible.
Depending on the product type, production and shipping may take up to 21 days:
Necklaces / Bracelets / Earrings: usually within 14 days
Rings: within 14-21 days

Return & Exchange Policy
All OIC products are individually handcrafted after each order is placed, and therefore, returns are not accepted in principle.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery via our website or Instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/oic_officiel). We kindly ask that you include clear photos and a description of the issue.
Please note that requests made after 7 days from receipt of the product cannot be accepted.
Once the item is returned, OIC will carefully inspect the product to determine the cause of the defect, and proceed with either an exchange or repair service (A/S) accordingly.
