Base Pricing
The starting cost for a newly designed custom silver ring is as follows:
• Stone-free custom design: 289,000 KRW
• Stone-set designs: Price quoted through 1:1 consultation
* When gemstones are provided by the client, the production process becomes more specialized and precise.
Designs involving stone setting — including round stones, fancy cuts, or special-cut stones — vary in complexity and cost depending on the stone type and setting difficulty.
A detailed quote will be provided after a personal consultation.

🛠 Production Process & Timeline
1. Design Questionnaire
→ A short form to understand your story, preferences, and design direction
2. One Online Meeting (Google Meet)
→ Scheduled in advance for concept discussion
3. First Design Rendering
→ Delivered within 14 days from the meeting date
4. Feedback Submission
→ Please respond within 2 days of receiving the rendering
5. Final Design Rendering
→ Provided within 7 days after feedback is received
6. Production & Shipping
→ The finished ring is crafted and shipped within 14–21 days after final approval

Order & Delivery Information
All OIC products are made-to-order and handcrafted by experienced artisans.
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed immediately, and cancellations or refunds are not possible.
Depending on the product type, production and shipping may take up to 21 days:
Necklaces / Bracelets / Earrings: usually within 14 days
Rings: within 14-21 days

Return & Exchange Policy
All OIC products are individually handcrafted after each order is placed, and therefore, returns are not accepted in principle.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery via our website or Instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/oic_officiel). We kindly ask that you include clear photos and a description of the issue.
Please note that requests made after 7 days from receipt of the product cannot be accepted.
Once the item is returned, OIC will carefully inspect the product to determine the cause of the defect, and proceed with either an exchange or repair service (A/S) accordingly.
